Why I started Mindset Coaching

Your outer reality reflects your inner state. Who do you surround yourself with? How do you live your life currently? What do you do day to day? Where do you see yourself in one year from now? How do you perceive the world? How do you perceive your abilities?

I am an Internationally Accredited Mindset Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Science in Data Science, having focused both of my thesis projects on the study of human behaviour and how our behaviour can impact our thoughts, emotions and how we feel on a day-to-day basis. Both projects included an insight into the connection between human behaviour and self-esteem, and human behaviour and anxiety. Throughout my studies I spent a summer studying an additional qualification in counselling psychology and certificates in mental health, cognitive behavioural therapy, mental health and stress management.

“My dream was to always become a mindset coach. For years I was talking about setting up my own business coaching Individuals to become the best version of themselves. We spend a lot of time focusing on past events but rarely focus on our present and future selves. I wanted to help Individuals transform their lives and to know that although there is a past version of you, you don’t need to spend your days holding onto the past. You can accept that there was a past version of you and move forward.”

I’ve worked with Individuals empowering them on their fitness programmes  to help increase motivation, rely on self-discipline to show up for you, increase productivity, self-esteem, confidence, remove self-doubt and improve their overall mental health.

It’s amazing the shifts that can happen when you work on your mindset and remove the blocks that are standing in your way.

For years I found myself being very indecisive when it came to my future and direction I was going to take in terms of my career and personal goals.

I used my knowledge in psychology and mindset to fully transform my life. I read multiple books, listened to podcasts by those who have ‘walked the walk’ and believed in the vision that I had set out for my life because the only person standing in my way was myself. I knew what I deserved, and I went for it.
